Hair threading experience required. Candidates who pass the interview and provide reliable references receive full on-the-job training. Technicians keep 100% of their tips, plus bonuses, commissions, an employee discount, and a referral program.

Active esthetician license required. This is a 1099 contractor position — commission-only to start (typically 10–15%, with room to grow as you build your clientele), plus you keep 100% of your tips.
